LLLC meetings - You are always welcome to attend LLLC meetings before and after you have had your baby. Bring your breastfeeding questions and concerns, talk about your joys and challenges or come and just listen. Babies and young children are always welcome, and some Groups include father/partners in some or all of their meetings.

PARENT'S SUPPORT GROUPS
Healthy Baby is a group for women who are pregnant or have babies under 1 year of age. Meet other women, have a healthy snack, learn about pregnancy, parenting and nutrition and enjoy a relaxing time to connect with your baby! Free milk coupons for those who are pregnant and have babies under 6 months, free childminding for children under 5, Prenatal Benefit for those who are pregnant.

Morden Parent & Child Resource Centre
Helping families to grow strong and healthy. They provide a support group for issues around parenting, pre-school literacy programs, parenting classes and nutrition councelling. It is a one stop shop giving you access to a network of pre-school resources.

Wiggle Giggle and Munch:
Monday afternoons from 1:30-3:00, Child minding available for young infants, children 0-5 may partipate! Get active and enjoy and healthy snack!
Play to Learn, Learn to Play:
Thursday Evenings. This new program for parents and children aged 0-5 is a super fun way to explore the topic of play. There is some time apart, and some time together with your child(ren). We'll get you thinking, and teach you new games to play at home. Make a book using photos taken at the program!
Stay & Play
Stay & Play is back again! Come down to play, visit and snack together! Every Tuesday from 2 - 4 pm, no cost or registration needed.

Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba (ADAM):

Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM):
MDAM offers support groups for people with depression (e.g. major depression, postpartum depression, etc.)

Pembina Counseling Centre:
Pembina Counseling Centre is a professional counselling service administered by a community based board. Clients are welcomed for help with dealing with the issues of life. Appointments for sessions are accepted from anyone seeking counselling services. Fees for service are reasonable and adjusted to individual income levels.
No one is tuned away because of their inability to pay.

Genesis House – Family Violence Crisis Line:
Genesis House exists so that people of South Central Manitoba will be free from family and intimate partner abuse at a resonable cost. They provide a confidential serivce, which includes a shelter for abused women and their children, residential and non-residential programs and prevention through public education. Pembina Valley Pregnancy Care Centre:
This group offers support to anyone impacted by pregnancy. All services are free, confidential and include pregnancy tests, counselling, ongoing support and information on pregnancy, sexuality, parenting, adoption and abortion. We do not perform or refer for abortion services.

Many Hands Resource Centre:
Many Hands Resource Centre helps people in many different ways. One of the first objectives is to start a food bank or food pantry, a place for people to come and get some help with food if they need that. It is also running a community kitchen series which is a program where participants come and cook nutritious meals together, eat together and then take some leftovers home.The centre’s hours of operation are Tuesdays 1-3 pm and Thursdays 5-7 pm. South Central ASD Family Support Group
They bring support and awareness about autism and the autism spectrum to the Pembina Valley and surrounding areas. Their goals include information sharing, education and proactively supporting each other. They welcome ALL family, friends and support workers who are touched by the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
